Shipping & Processing

Orders over $150 will be shipped for free** within the continental United States. There is no free international shipping, sorry. There is a handling period of 1-3 business days before product is shipped for all purchases. Usually, orders will be processed next day, please use the 1-3 day handling as a guideline only. IMPORTANT NOTE: The handling period is not included in the number of days it takes a shipment to get to it's destination once shipped. This means some items require 1-3 of processing before it can ship, even if you chose next day air. If you need an order expedited quickly it's always best to call us to make sure we can get it to you in time. No In-Store Pickup: Currently, we are not set up for in store pick-up. All orders purchased on the website must be shipped and there are no exceptions to this.

Returns & Exchanges

At upgradecycle.com we want you to be happy. That’s why we’re here and we’re not here without you. For this reason, we allow UNUSED product returns with their original packaging and documentation, for any reason up to 14 days after the purchase date.

Restocking Fee

Please note that a 18% restocking fee applies to orders returned/cancelled unless the item is defective, or you received the wrong item. You, the customer, are responsible for paying for shipping on all returns unless it’s an error on our part. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used or installed will not be accepted. All return credit will be issued to the Credit Card used to make the purchase. It can take up to one billing cycle for your credit to show up on your statement.

Damaged Goods/ Wrong Item Received

Hey, mistakes happen. We just don’t make that many of them! However, if we do make a mistake we want to fix it as fast as possible. If you receive the wrong item or it’s damaged when you get it, we will send a UPS call tag to pick it up from you. As soon as we receive the item in question, we’ll get the new one out to you or a refund issued, all at no charge to you. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from purchase date under any circumstance. Returns must have a return authorization number (RA#) clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by sending an email to returns@upgradecycle.com . Returns shipped back without an authorization will be refused.

When returning an item to us, please make sure that it packaged securely before shipping. We are not responsible for damage incurred to an item during return shipping. We recommend that you purchase insurance when returning an item to us.

Warranty

All items are warrantied according to specific manufacturer’s term. Most manufacturers’ warranty terms cover manufacturer defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase unless stated differently from the manufacturer (see manufacturers’ website or contact them directly for complete details). Most manufacturers prefer that you contact them directly instead of going through a 3rd party. Due to this, we do not handle warranty issues for the products we sell on UpgradeCycle.com. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues.
